Anderson Composites 2015-2017 MUSTANG DOUBLE-SIDED CARBON FIBER TYPE-TW HOOD

Type-TW double-sided carbon fiber hood for 2015 - 2017 Ford Mustang

*Double-Sided - carbon fiber "skeleton" bonded to underside of carbon fiber hood - reduced weight

*Mesh screen is removable and paintable

*Mounts with OE hardware

*Modifications may be necessary for correct fitment of the OE windshield washer spray nozzles as part of the normal installation process

*OE rubber bump stops may need to be relocated from chassis to hood

*All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins - AeroCatch or Quik-Latch 

*Heat shield required 

*Hoods are hand crafted and weigh approximately 24.7 lbs. (stock hood weighs 31 lbs.)

*Always carefully close a composite hood. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack

*Anderson Composites does not suggest reinstalling gas shocks/dampers/struts

*The use of a hood prop rod is highly recommended
